Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In the original packaging (or packaged securely for return shipping)
Outdoor use / installation: We sell metal items. If an item has been used or displayed outdoors, installed, mounted, or exposed to weather/moisture, it is not eligible for return.
Non-returnable items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable/digital products
- Custom/personalized or made-to-order items (unless they arrive damaged/defective)
- Clearance / final sale items (unless required by applicable law)
Damaged or incorrect items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos so we can help. Email onlineorders@rusticsoulnl.com.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days (timing can vary by bank/payment provider).
Exchanges
- We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact onlineorders@rusticsoulnl.com.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
