  • Rustic Soul creates handcrafted steel and aluminum décor and ornaments inspired by nature, heritage, and Atlantic life. Our work is designed and made in Newfoundland, Canada.

What materials do you use?

  • We primarily work in steel and aluminum. Most items are precision cut from 16- or 18-gauge metal, or 1/8 aluminum.

Do you offer custom designs or commissions?

  • Yes. We can help with custom pieces like personalized ornaments, signage, logos, and one-of-a-kind décor. Visit Special Order to get started.

How do I place an order?

  • Shop products at Shop Online, add items to your cart, and checkout. Shipping options and costs are shown during checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

  • If you need to update an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is in production or shipped, changes may not be possible.

Do you ship outside of Newfoundland / Canada?

  • Shipping availability depends on your location and the items in your cart. The checkout page will show available shipping options.

How should I care for metal décor?

  • For best results, keep items clean and dry. If you intend to use a piece outdoors, contact us first—exposure to weather can affect the finish over time.

What is your returns policy?

  • Returns are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy. Our standard return window is 30 days from delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Items that have been installed or used outdoors are not eligible for return.

How do wholesale / reseller accounts work?

  • If you’re a retailer and want wholesale pricing, apply for a reseller account and we’ll review it. Use the signup link on our Wholesale page, or go directly to /my-account/?action=register and check the business/wholesale box during registration.
